Booking Details:
- Carriage House and Luxury Suites all offer king beds and are subject to availability. If no suites are available, than a Cottage Room with queen bed will be assigned.
- 50% of package price due upon booking. Final balances due 30 days prior to event.
- 1801 First Inn has 8 rooms available. Should more than 4 rooms be required to accommodate wedding guests, a buyout of all 8 rooms is required at a group rate. Group Rates shall vary based on season and day of week.
- Elopements are hosted Sunday - Thursday between 12 Noon and 2:30 and are held in either the garden patio or the lounge, weather dependant. Call our in house wedding coordinator for details! 800.518.0146
