Reservations: A one night's room deposit charged at the time of booking secures
a reservation. Room rates and amenities are guaranteed and not necessarily
specific room assignments. Many dates require a two or three night minimum stay
including, but not limited to
weekends, holidays and during the months of August, September and October.
Cancellations made prior to 10 days of arrival will have the deposit
refunded less a $20.00 cancellation-processing fee per room, per night
cancelled. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will forfeit the
deposit. Early departures are responsible for the full reservation.
Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 pm. (Please let us know if you will need to
arrive later and we will make arrangements for you.)
Check-out is 11:00 am.
Rates: Include a full, three course gourmet breakfast each morning
prepared by our executive chef; evening wine and
hors d'oeuvres and a courtesy
24-hour "mini-bar".
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. (Taxes not included.)
Extra person charge is $50.00 per night, plus tax. Room rates posted are subject
to availability and can change without prior notice.

Breakfast seating times are 8:30, 9:00, & 9:30 am. If you are taking a balloon ride or have
an early appointment and will not be able to join us for breakfast, please let us
know the night before. We can provide you with a "to-go" bagged
breakfast.
Emergencies: The inn is equipped with local and state approved fire and
emergency equipment. Please let us know immediately upon arrival if you require
any special assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency.

We are a non-smoking property.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
The Inn is designed for adults seeking an intimate and tranquil atmosphere and,
therefore, is not particularly suitable for children.
